Glyn Williams

You are never too late to start exercising! As an exercise coach, I have worked with thousands of people of all ages and from all walks of life. All the disciplines I teach encourage increased mobility, deeper relaxation and general good health and I am a firm believer that whatever your age or fitness level, you can feel better, grow stronger and benefit from gentle exercise. As well as older clients, I have also worked with stroke and muscle injury victims and no matter where they started from all have seen some improvement in their overall health and fitness. In this weekly blog, I will give you ideas and suggestions for keeping fit and healthy as an older person. Health and fitness doesn’t have to be the exclusive domain of the under-50’s and since there are more and more of us over-50’s around, let’s start showing the youngsters how to look after themselves!
